Welcome to QuikTalk AI ("QuikTalk AI", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, requesting an AI voice demonstration, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

QuikTalk AI develops and deploys AI employees, AI infrastructure, agentic workflows and web development for business clients. The services, integrations and responsibilities for an individual project are set out in its agreed scope.

2. Demonstration & Evaluation Usage

Demo agents and evaluation phone numbers provided to you are intended solely for testing and demonstration purposes. You agree not to abuse, stress test, reverse engineer, or transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent audio or data over our telephony demonstration networks.

3. Client Responsibilities & Call Disclosure

Clients using QuikTalk AI in production must comply with all relevant telecommunications and recording laws in their respective jurisdictions, including applicable New Zealand privacy and call-recording requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that callers are notified if automated recording or AI conversational synthesis is active.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary models, voice agent orchestration logic, graphics, audio, and website source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of QuikTalk AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service pursuant to your agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuikTalk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business profits or data interruption, resulting from telecommunication carrier outages or AI conversational generation inaccuracies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
